STATUS REQUESTS:
When requesting a status on both court work or on service of process, it would greatly assist us if you would reply to your last e-mail update with the word STATUS on it to enable us to obtain the status on it.

FEES PAID:
Please indicate in your instruction/e-mail when an appearance fee has already been paid. This can save time of fee checking at the court, and money when the court errors. (In a court error reimbursement fees are still due while you await the court's refund procedures)
