Los Angeles to begin Mandatory Electronic Filing or eFiling

The Los Angeles Superior Court has issued an implementation plan for Civil eFiling and those date are as follows:

Limited - Voluntary on November 13, 2018

Limited - Mandatory, on December 3, 2018

Unlimited - Voluntary, on December 3, 2018

Unlimited - Mandatory, on January 2, 2019

Complex - Mandatory, on January 2, 2019
